Official Bio of Jerry R. Ellerson 33º

Jerry was born in Akron Ohio August 22, 1951 and graduated from Akron North High.  He attended The University Akron and majored in Economies.  He left the University to server his country in the United States Army for two years. He has been married to Karen Ellerson for 30 years,  and has two sons Jared and JaVaughn.  Jerry has work for Dupont Performance Elastomers for 32 years, 14 years as Operations Supervisor.  He attends Mt. Zion Baptist Church. 

Masonic Affiliations:

A member of Mount Calvary Lodge #76 for 28 years, he became Worshipful Master in 1990 and has now been the Treasurer for 12 years.  He is pass Worthy Patron of Mary Chapter #47 Order Of Eastern Star,  and a member of Zerubbabel Chapter #40, Al Kaf Temple #109, Bezaleel Consistory #15, and was elevated to Grand Inspectors General 33° On May 25, 1999.

 Community Activity

Pass President of The Suitable Men, an organization whose purpose is to improve the quality of life for poor, disadvantaged youth and citizens of the community especially those in or from Northern Akron.  

Hobbies
