General Information:

    The PHA-OHIO Email List is open all Master Masons and Eastern Stars of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Ohio and the Amaranth Grand Chapter of Ohio who are in good standing with their respective Lodges and Chapters.

What Is An E-List?:

    By subscribing your personal Email Account to the PHA Ohio Email List, you will receive Email messages in an instant or daily basis from other subscribers of the E-List.

    Say for instance, one Subscriber to the PHA-OHIO E-List, sends an EMail Message to the PHA-OHIO Listserver - In moments, every other Subscriber of the PHA-OHIO E-List will receive that SAME message.

What Can It Be Used For?:

    The PHA-OHIO - E-List is used to discuss information relative to the Prince Hall Masonic Order of Ohio. Subscribers to the list may post messages concerning Masonic Funeral Services, Meeting Information, Information about Banquets or Social Functions and etc. Please don't use this form to distribute Souvenir Journal Advertisements.

    Subscribers of the PHA-OHIO E-List may also feel free to post information and questions about Masonic Protocol and Ritual, as long as the question and replies stay in good taste.

How Do I Subscribe?:
  • Step One:

    Point your browser to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/phaohio/join, and fill out all the necessary information, or fill in your email address in below and press the "Join Onelist" Button:

  • Step Two:

    The Registar of the PHA-OHIO E-List will be in contact with you very soon to complete your registration. If the Registar is not already familiar with your Email Address he/she will request from you - your Full Name, Lodge/Chapter Name & Number and possibly the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The Registar will then verify the information you provided with various Grand Lodge/Chapter Documents and if necessary contact the Grand Lodge/Chapter to verify your membership.

  • Step Three:

    After the Registar has made all the necessary verifications he/she will activate your PHA-OHIO E-List Account. This entire process shouldn't take more than 48 Hours.
