I am from York, Pennsylvania, born and raised with four sisters.  Upon graduation from William Penn Senior High School I entered the U.S. Air Force.  I served 21 ½ years and managed to obtained  an Associate Degree in Religious Institutional Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and finally a Master’s Degree in Logistics while in the military.  I retired from the U.S. Air Force Logistics Command in 1980.  I accepted a position with Mead Corporation at their World Headquarters in Dayton as a Data Processing Manager.  I left after four years to become self employed, where I taught Computer classes at the Air Force Institute of Technology for approximately 1 ½ years.   I hired on at Dayton Public Schools in 1986 in the Purchasing Department where I served as Assistant Manager and Manager, I was later promoted to Director of Logistical Support Services until my retirement after 21 years on 1 Jan 2007.  During this time I also functioned as an Adjunct Faculty Member for the last 32 years at Sinclair College in the Management/Marketing Department.  I am a Past Master of Edward Dugger Jr. Military Lodge #123 and it current Treasurer, Past Patron of Ruth Chapter #104, Past High Priest of Lincoln Chapter #2, and currently the Grand High Priest for the Most Excellent P.H. Grand Chapter of RAM.  I am currently the Executive Vice-President of the Commander’s of the Rite for the State of Ohio.  I am a Past Potentate of Aswan Temple #115 Frankfurt Germany, and Akbar Temple #41.  I recently serve as the Worthy Joshua for Burning Bush Court #3.  I have served the Grand Lodge as an Associate Editor of the Lamp, I served as a member and Chairman of the Audit Committee, served as one of the Grand Stewards, and currently as its Treasurer.   I am married to Marie C. Williams, and I have three daughters and five grand children, four of which are girls.
